I want to produce a custom product for my brand — how does the process work?+
For custom production we prepare a mold from your design or sample. The mold cost depends on the order quantity and may be waived for large orders. Once you approve the sample, a 50% deposit is taken. Custom branding (logo, text) costs about half the typical Turkish market price. From payment to delivery — including manufacturing, import, sea freight, customs clearance and warehouse distribution — the process takes around 3 months on average.
Can you produce custom-designed bottles?+
Yes. We produce brand-specific custom bottles, including logo printing, custom colors and entirely new molds. The minimum order quantity varies depending on the design project.
What are your delivery times?+
In-stock items ship within 1–3 business days. Custom orders are prepared within 2–4 weeks, depending on the order volume.
Do you send samples?+
Yes. We provide samples to corporate customers. You can request them via our contact form or by phone.
